Abstract: This paper attempts to study the change process in the accounts department of a manufacturing company to integrate sales, inventory and accounting by installing a network system. Out of the theories on change management, it will be interesting to observe the application of the change theories in a real setting within its particular industry and environment. The study starts with diagnosing the needs of the change. The proposed system will be specified and the observed change process will be described in detail. A evaluation of the change will be made to assess how far success has been achieved. As implications for change management, the application and relevance of the change models will be contrasted and discussed in the last part.
