| dcterms.abstract | Supply chain alliance connects manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, detailers, customers, logistics suppliers and other partners together by using modem information technology. The competent advantage s of the whole supply chain are significantly increased, as each partners in this supply chain attributing their core capabilities and sharing risk and revenue. Traditional researches of buy-sell relationship usually focused on the competert game between buyer and seller. However, this article provided a quite different view by bring in the cooperative and competent game theory to the study of longitudinal collaboration between operators and suppliers in Chinese telecom industry. The existing research works of alliance and cooperation in telecom industry mostly focused on the relationship among different operators. But there are rarely researches about the cooperation between suppliers and operators. Referring to principal-agent model and game theory, this article offered a long-term collaboration model of telecom industry supply chain. And this model was expected to be helpful to optimize the first half part of telecom supply chain. Moreover, taking advantage of this model, the Chinese telecom industry will develop a new supply chain style by sharing risk and revenue. Considering many years work experience, this article discussed several hypothesizes after several times observations and investigations. And also it tried to deduce a cooperation framework by using multi-goal planning model under stimulation mechanism. Finally, this article gave some discussions about the practical use in telecom industry. This study opened a door to study the supply chain in Chinese telecom industry. After considering limitations of this research, it hoped that there would appear more and more following research about telecom industry. | en_US |
