dcterms.abstract | With china's entering into WTO and globalization of the economy, the hotels have tried to collectivize themselves to set a well-known brand. And in order to get ahead in the competition, they require more for their staff. Therefore, strengthening training to set up a well-structured staff with high quality will undoubtedly be the key to getting advantages for the hotel. However, it is a disturbing problem how to improve staff quality. There are also such problems as little awareness and effect of training in some five-star hotel of Hangzhou. Therefore, it will be of practical significance for sustainable development of high-quality hotels in Hangzhou city to know the real situation of their staff training and rethink of the problems existing in it. This research adopted the research method of the questionnaire which about train with the help of human resource departments of 13 five-star hotel in Hangzhou city, which passed lots of questionnaires to their employees to collect data. 194 people include some managers joined in this program. This dissertation analyzed the situation and shortages of the existent train program in those five-star hotels, and put forward new method in order to make it more efficient with the hope of that it can be of some help to those trainers and to save capitals. | en_US |
