dcterms.abstract隨著全球經營化的趨勢,長江制衣集團面對的主要挑戰是如何在不同國家及不同文化環境中制定與實施有效的全球戰畧,以順利達成公司全球經營目標。 本研究的主要目的就是要探討長江制衣集團各分公司的當地勞工在國家文化價值觀上四個構面包括:"個人主義與集體主義"、"權力距離"、"不確定性規避"及"男性化與女性化"的差異及管理趨向,以配合文獻的回顧,從而建立一套適合本集團的跨文化管理制度。 本研究以Hofstede(1980)的國家文化價值觀構面問卷方法向本集團中國珠海,柬埔寨及斯里蘭卡三間分公司的勞工作出測試,並利用MS Execl 應用軟體來作出敍述性統計分析(平均數及標準差),單因子變異數分析(P值)及獨立樣本T檢定三種方法分析其趨向及相關性,結果亦符合本研究的假定,即不同國家勞工在國家文化價值觀上有顯著差異。 本研究根據分析所得的勞工管理趨向,向企業建議建立一套跨文化管理制度,提出企業應實行管理本地化策略,可減少跨文化所引起的矛盾與衝突,最後更提出人力資源管理如何配合企業發展跨國經營的策略.en_US
