| Abstract: | 通過觀察兩組來自不同文化背景的人員（一組來自典型的小型科技公司，另一組來自典型的國有教育機構---大學）共同在一成立不久（兩年多）的戰略聯盟（網院）中工作時所表現出來的不同的行為，進而進行訪談揭示了不同人員間在同一聯盟中具有的不同價值觀等一系列深層文化因素，利用管理學之理論進行分析並結合文獻回顧，總結出該聯盟存在文化衝突及缺乏強文化，進而指出該聯盟所潛在的風險因素，並提出相應的改進措施。 |
