| Abstract: | 八十年代中期以後，大量從農村進入城市的原農村村民(一代移民)，在推動中國經濟體制改革、促進城市建設和發展中作出巨大貢獻的同時，卻處於被城市社會邊緣化的境地，他們的子女(二代移民)在現在的教育以及將來的就業等方面，也遭受社會的歧視和排斥，這是中國改革發展過程中必須認真解決的問題。本文以“職業期望" 作為視角，通過訪談資料的分析研究，瞭解到二代移民在城市生活中的狀況及其感受; 發現二代移民在職業選擇方面呈現的三個特徵; 揭示出二代移民在實現理想職業目標過程中將遇到的種種困難和阻礙; 進而分析得出結論:社會排斥下的二代移民，存在著低自我能力評價以及低城市社會認同等問題。針對以上問題，文章最後從專業的角度，提出了社會工作的介入，應從 "人" 和 "社會" 兩個層面及其相互關係著眼，應以政府與民間合作、體制內與體制外攜手的策略應對，應從個案、小組和社區三個途徑入手。 |
