dcterms.abstract | 本研究依據11位預控生的訪談資料,主要從預控生眼中的偏差行為、產生原因、學校糾偏教育的主要形式、對學校糾偏教育的評價四個方面對預控生的偏差行為及學校糾偏教育進行了分析和討論。在研究中,本人發現在預控生的周圍,有兩種力量相互較量,影響著預控生的行為及其變化。一種力量是學校及其採取的糾偏方式;另一股力量主要是流離於學校之外有行為偏差的同輩夥伴。這兩個力量的較量,出現了“吸引", 與“排斥" 兩種結果 , 它們對預控生的行為產生很大的影響 。本人通過研究分析,提出了“正向吸引" 、“負向吸引" 、“正向排斥" 、“負向排斥" 的概念。研究發現,正向吸引和正向排斥會使偏差行為減少,負向吸引和負向排斥,會引起偏差行為的增加。運用“吸引" 與“排斥" 的概念分析預控生眼中的偏差行為和學校糾偏教育,他們認為,偏差行為的發生主要是由於“正向吸引" 小於“負向吸引" “負向排斥" 大於“正向排斥" 。對學校糾偏教育的評價是“負向排斥"大於“正向吸引"。基於預控生對目前學校糾偏教育的負面評價,本人建議在學校社會工作的介入中,對預控生建立“參與性個案管理模式",目的在於通過預控生的主動參與,學校、家庭、社會的互相聯結,形成有效工作模式,實現糾偏以及預控生良好健康的發展。 | en_US |
