| dcterms.abstract | 本文是對大陸院舍老人社會支持網絡的一項研究，它以湖南省長沙市某老年公寓的老人為研究物件，運用質性研究的方法對他們的社會支持的形式和作用進行了研究，發現社會支持程度對老人的生活品質有直接的影響，院舍老人有四種支持形式一一院舍支持、子女支持、院友支持、社區支持各自發揮著不同的作用而又相互彌補形成支持網絡。在這些社會支持中最有特色的是院友支持，而院舍老人最需要的支持則是情感支持，但卻是目前老人社會支持形式中比較弱的一種支持，也正是社會工作需要介入的空間。社會工作的介入策略:以發展性小組為主，個案管理、社區工作為輔方法進行介入，可以取得良好的效果，提升院舍老人的生活品質。 | en_US |
