| Abstract: | 第四次世界婦女大會以來，中國社會開始關注家庭暴力、婚姻暴力問題，開展了反對家庭暴力婚姻暴力的實際行動和研究工作。在城市中，社區工作者在平預、介入婚姻暴力事件中具有重要的作用，但是還沒有有關社區工作者對婚姻暴力的認識與介入方法的研究。本研究通過對北京市的九位社區工作者的深入訪談，總結了他們對婚姻暴力的認識和介入婚姻暴力事件的方法，探討了影響他們認識的形成和介入方法使用背後的相關理論，並對其中的不足提出了建議。 |
