dcterms.abstract | 本文採用質性研究的方法,以長沙市某普通中學處理青少年偏差行為的經驗為例,指出學校對“偏差學生" 的處理缺乏深層次的溝通和理解,忽視了作為主體的學生的聲音,並且在促進家庭、學校和社區的協調配合方面也存在限制。作為一項初探性的研究,本文運用了生態系統的觀點來分析青少年偏差行為及其處理方法,提出了結合“個人、家庭層面穩定取向" 和“學校、社區層面變革取向" 的綜合介入模式,並嘗試探討學校社會工作在中國大陸的介入空間以及對內地的社會工作教育的啟示。 | en_US |
