dcterms.abstract | 本文從社會建構主義範式,採取質性研究中的生活史訪談和焦點小組的方法,建構中國城市基層居民和社區工作者關於中國城市社區發展及其居民參與的意義理解的論述文本。研究結論認為在中國處境下,中國城市居民和社區工作者建構的城市社區發展和居民參與的理解既不同與西方專業社會工作者主張的“居民自主參與決策、控制、執行和分享社區共同問題的解決、社區資源的開發和社區利益的分配",也不同與中國高層政府主張的“基層民主自治"的看法。中國居民理解的社區發展和居民參與正在由“單位化社區中的組織依歸和道德義務"向“生活社區中的熱心公益和人際緣分"轉變。而中國基層社區工作者理解的社區發展和居民參與是“解決問題導向的和行政管理導向社區建設"和“落實行政任務的積極分子骨幹網路中的居民參與" | en_US |
