dcterms.abstractIn recent years, the Hotel Industry in China developed very rapidly, more and more upscale hotels were built. Just take Zhejiang Province as an example, the total number of the star hotels are increasing every year by 10%, the scope of the Hotel Industry is also enlarging which put Zhejiang Province at the leadership position in Hotel Industry of China. The Olympic Gam 2008 and the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai are coming, so the coming few years will be the flying development time for the Hotel Industry in Beijing and Shanghai. The human resources needs in Shanghai in few coming years will reach 100,000 people. But at present the turnover ratio in Shanghai Hotel Industry has reached 80%, lacking of people has become one of limitation for the development of Hotel Industry especially the front line employees which is pretty high. It is very difficult to find the employees with high qualification and to keep them which have affected the stability and improvement of the service quality. Among all these elements which caused turn over of Hotel Industry, Job Image has become one of the distinct elements. This study is trying to find the realistic and useful solution to control and reduce the turn over of Hotel Industry by the analysis of all the key elements relating to the Job Image which affect the Hotel Industry employee turn over ratio.en_US
