dcterms.abstractThis dissertation is aimed to re-define the transverse wave equation of the beam motion supported by elastic foundation with a signal and multiplied force excitation and further validated by the experiments. The theoretical models have been developed based on the previous studies and the assumption made in this research. Having validated by the experiment with the analysis, the comparison shown the disorder of the result is mainly contributed by the shortages of the experiment setup and it is identified the complication of the experiment with the precaution required. Besides, it is found that the magnitude and the frequency of the applied force is obviously influencing the resultant motion of the beam and the cross mobility also take a contribution of the vibration profile. Besides, it is preliminarily found that the correlation between new developed theoretical modeling with the experiment validation with a constant factors. Furthermore, it is also recorded the effect on the vibration profile related to the cross mobility among the machine assembly, which is depended on the resultant force rather than the force excitation only. In this research, it is act as a preliminary study on the vibration profile supported by the elastic foundation and valuable for the further study afterward.en_US
