dcterms.abstract | 21 世纪中国的酒店业在蓬勃的发展,各种类型的酒店正在大量的出现,使得国内酒店市场越来越国际化,中国已经成为世界著名酒店集团的汇集之地,同时也迎来了各酒店集团的直接竞争。他们不仅进行资本扩张和渗透,还改变了中国酒店的服务理念、管理模式和品质,提高了企业的文化意识和员工的文化素质及职业素质。因此高星级酒店对新一代酒店员工选择的重要条件甚至是首选条件就是具有较高的酒店英语服务技能,这就给高职酒店英语教学提出了更高的要求。如果高职院校的酒店英语教学不能超越国际酒店品牌的工作能力要求和语言要求,那么酒店英语教学就是徒劳无功的,并且也是无法与国际教育接轨的。 情境教学法产生于二十世纪七十年代,是世界上最具影响力的教学流派之 一。本文将情境教学法应用于酒店英语教学,能够激发学生学习的兴趣,避免产生厌倦感和疲劳感,最大程度的调动学生学习英语的积极性。情境教学法能使学生由被动学习转变为主动学习,提高学习效率,增强英语的实际应用能力,有利于培养应用型酒店专业人才,进而适应和促进我国酒店业的发展。 本文主要由五大部分组成。第一部分阐述了研究背景、研究现状及研究价值。 第二部分阐述了情景教学法的历史、内涵和理论依据。第三部分分析了高职酒店英语的特点、现状和教学目标。第四部分采用了访谈法和观察法分析情境教学法 应用于酒店英语教学中的作用和效果。第五部分得出结论,即情境教学法能够在 酒店英语教学中起到积极地作用,提高学生的英语应用能力。 | en_US |
