dcterms.abstract | 此为研究项目摘要,题目为:北京高星级酒店学生员工(含实习生)工作满意度与流失倾向情况分析。由周筠筠于2011 年为香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理硕士课程提交。 随着中国在国际上知名度的提高和国内经济快速的发展,带动了中国酒店 业步入一个高速发展的阶段,同时面临着全球化、国际化、高标准的激烈竞争。 酒店之间的竞争就是人才的竞争,酒店人力资源能否合理调配利用以及人才的拥有量和技术水平,关系到一个酒店的兴衰与成败。建立一支高素质、高专业 水平、稳定的员工队伍是酒店在未来的竞争中赢得长足发展的重要保障。 然而目前中国酒店面临着最大的困扰就是员工流动率过大,对专业人才的 需求与日剧增。旅游专本科院校作为酒店强大的人才源泉,所输送的专本科生理应执推动酒店发展之牛耳。可现实是旅游专本科生在酒店实习期满后纷纷离开该酒店或者转入其他行业工作,致使酒店人才匮乏,招聘培训成本增加,影 响到酒店的产品质量和顾客满意度。 本研究主要针对酒店一线学生员工和实习生的工作满意度和流动倾向进行 调查研究。了解学生员工的思想动态和需求,找出员工不满及忠诚度低的原因。 分析建议酒店方改良制度,从而提高学生员工的忠诚度降低员工流动率,提高 酒店员工队伍的稳定性,为酒店创造良好的经济效益。 | en_US |
