dcterms.abstract | 工作价值观一直是社会心理学的热门研究话题,也是人力资源管理中关注的重要课题。本研究以工作在酒店的新生代员工为调查对象,通过理论分析,及焦点访谈和特尔菲研究方法,得出以下结论: 1、工作价值观量表可从保健因素、激励因素、社会互动取向、休闲健康取向和声望及地位因素5 个构面来分类; 2、得出新生代员工工作价值观对人力资源管理的影响重要程度排位,其中社会 互动取向对其影响最大。 最后,根据研究结果,给出4 条人力资源管理建议:无论基层管理者还是酒店总 经理都应重视新生代员工工作价值观较之以往的明显差异化;调整员工人力资源管理 的工作重点;通过人力资源精简规划打造富有竞争力体系;建立员工职业规划和跟踪激励机制。 | en_US |
