dcterms.abstract | 随着中国古村落旅游热的兴起,古村落旅游的效益越来越被地方政府及经营者重视,各个利益相关者之间,由于所关注的焦点不同,在旅游开发中常常产生矛盾和冲突,影响了当地旅游业的发展。本研究围绕南社村旅游开发案例的 研究,在文献阅读、实地调查和深度访谈的基础上,分析了南社村旅游的发展、 困境、转机,以及其发展变化背后的各利益相关者的互动关系,并尝试描述各利 益相关者的焦点,阐明了通过各利益相关者的努力,在多方对话中求同存异,携手合作,共同构建南社村旅游开发的新措施。通过对南社村案例的推广,探讨了基于利益相关者视野的中国古村落旅游开发,提出了古村落开发应该另辟蹊径,尝试从保护与发展相统一,本地市场与外地市场相区分,纵向营销与横向营销相结合,政府主导、市场介入、居民参与相协调,各利益相关者相和谐五大战略维 度中走出旅游发展的新天地。 | en_US |
