dcterms.abstract在酒店业蓬勃发展的今天,酒店人力资源的缺口问题日益严重,特别是酒店基层员工的问题更是一个让每个酒店都头痛的问题。而外来员工又是占据酒店基层员工的绝大多数,因此,如果酒店 能解决好酒店外来员工的问题,一定程度上就解决了酒店基层员工的问题。笔者,主要是通过对酒店外来员工的适应性,工作满意度,工作表现三个主要方面的研究,通过分发问卷的形式,来 收集信息。在经过系统的SPSS分析之后,结合笔者的实际工作经验,以及大量的参考资料,发现问题的根源性,最终,未解决这一问题提供一定的理论依据。en_US
