Abstract: 中国酒店业日益激烈的竞争形势,使得越来越多的酒店走向寻求差异化发展的道路。主题文化酒店以其独特的文化内涵和难忘的入住体验受到客人的追捧,也使得主题酒店的发展成为未来酒店业发展的热门话题。主题文化氛围的营造是主题酒店的灵魂所在,也直接影响着顾客的体验和满意度。为深入地了解中国主题酒店的主题文化元素对顾客满意度的影响,本文选取不同主题的主题文化酒店为研究对象,以顾客满意度测评模型为基础,将主题酒店的主题文化元素与酒店顾客满意度调查问卷中的问题相结合,设计出本次论文课题的调查问卷。随后以问卷调查的形式,在多家主题文化酒店中展开。经过对文献的总结和数据分析,研究者总结出主题酒店的主题文化主要体现在十项主题文化元素上,分别是:酒店主题选择、员工服饰、外部建筑造型、主题背景音乐、香薰和气味、内部装饰、主题风格的客房布置、主题饮食文化体验、主题服务设计、主题推广和宣传。根据客人满意度的调查,酒店在基本设施和基础服务方面所获得的满意度较高,主题文化元素项目的满意度相对较 低。在对客人满意度的影响程度的调查中,非主题文化元素的影响程度要高于主题文化元素,对客人满意度的影响最大的还是基本设施和基础服务。对客人满意度产生影响的前五位主题文化元素分别是:主题特色的酒店外观、主题文化风格的客房布置、酒店主题、主题饮食文化体验、香薰和气味。 研究结果显示,未来中国主题酒店的发展,应建立在确保基本设施和服务标 准的前提下,进一步发掘主题文化内涵,给客人创造更真实、更深刻的主题文化体验,以提高顾客满意度,让主题文化真正成为酒店差异化发展的法宝。
