| Abstract: | 高等职业教育积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式，酒店实习是高职酒店管理专业人才培养的重要内容，是学生以"职业人"的身份参加与酒店相关联的实际工作，是正式跨入社会前学校教育与社会工作相互联接的一个重要的环节。本文通过分析高职酒店管理专业学生酒店实习的现状，认为目前的酒店管理专业实习管理中存在学生对酒店工作认同度低、酒店缺乏人性化管理和培训、学校实习指导松散等问题。在高职酒店管理专业实习中缺乏有效方法与理论体系对实习质量进行控制，影响了实习效果。为此，本文将全面质量管理（TQM）理论引入到酒店管理专业实习质量控制研究中，对实习质量控制进行全过程、全员的管理，以提升酒店实习的效果和质量。本文分为五个部分：第一章为导论，阐述研究背景、研究价值、研究文献综述、介绍本文 的研究方法与创新之处； 第二章系统阐述 TQM 理论方法体系及其在当前高等教育领域的应用现状，分析 TOM 理论进行酒店管理专业实习质量控制的可行性； 第三章通过问卷调查的方式，分析影响酒店管理专业实习质量的因素，指出各个因素与实习效果的相关性；第四章从实习的计划、实施、检查、处理四个过程及政府、社会、学 校、酒店、学生五个方面出发，基于指出的影响因素，提出提高实习质量的措施； 第五章为结论，总结本研究的成果，指出不足之处及后续研究的方向。 |
