| dcterms.abstract | 农家乐休闲旅游业是顺应城乡消费新趋势丽逐渐发展起来的农村新型产业。经过 20 年来的发展，我国的 "农家乐" 如今己初具规模，但仍然存在不少问题。近年来，江西婺源县在国内扛起乡村文化大旗，以保护乡村生态文化为题，打响"中国最美乡村"这样一个乡村旅游品牌，从而使婺源乡村旅游业在短短几年内异军突起，婺源成为了国内外越来越多游客向往的乡村旅游目的地。本文以江西婺源为例，通过实地调研，分析了新农村建设中农家乐休闲旅游业发展的基本模式，主要针对游客住宿方面的问题，以及在体验型经济下新一代乡村旅游者的行为分析，做出新农村发展农家乐需要应用体验营销。本文认为，我国以乡村旅游为主题的民宿业的进一步发展，应更加注重独特的农村生活体验以及家庭旅馆的舒适性和全面性，才能进行可持续发展。研究体验经济的可行性对目前家庭型旅馆管理者起到了积极借鉴作用。 | en_US |
