| dcterms.abstract | 我国酒店业主与国际酒店管理集团合作已经成为一种普遍的现象。为系 统分析合作的利弊，本文对 6 名长期服务于酒店业主企业的高层管理人员进 行了深度访谈。当前我国酒店业主缺乏酒店经营管理的专门技能和人才储备， 需要与国际酒店管理集团进行优势互补，通过开展合作来提升酒店经营管理水平。酒店业主与国际酒店管理集团之间的合作利大于弊。酒店业主可以在 酒店投资收益率、营销渠道建设、稳定客源培养、品牌价值提升、管理经验学习积累等方面获得多种收益，但同时也可能由于在合作中处于被动地位， 话语权较小，理念冲突等原因而导致自身权益保护不力。 | en_US |
