dcterms.abstract | 本文撰写的目的是通过调查研究,发现三亚酒店业的机遇和挑战,并提出 合理的应对策略,使用定性研究的方法,结合理论文献,试图揭示三亚酒店市 场的实际状况。在研究中发现,国际旅游岛建设对酒店业的政策倾斜,带来前 所未有的发展机遇。三亚酒店业应利用已有的地理资源,充分发挥旅游目的地 优势。积极避免和降低人员成本和人力资源的缺乏所带来的营运压力,正确面 对采购成本提高、能源价格上涨的不利因素,结合收益控制和酒店管理软件的 分析和控制功能,提高生产力,保持收益最大化的最终目的,以提高投资者信 心,争取更多的销售机会,以促进三亚酒店业的稳定发展。本文在结论篇试图 用SWOT的方式展示研究结果,以辩证的态度阐述面临的机遇和挑战。 | en_US |
