dcterms.abstract随着近几年中国经济的飞速发展,中国酒店业的规模也不断的扩大。从早期的单体旅馆,到现在的国际管理集团抢滩;从当初的破旧和稀少,到如今的一栋栋摩天大楼拔地而起,各种品牌、各种等级的酒店交相呼应,充斥着大街小巷,无不显露着中国酒店业的成长、成熟。但是在这光鲜的表象背后,是中国酒店业员工的低忠诚度和高流失率。在以人为本的市场中,人力资源管理的重要性日益凸显,员工对酒店忠诚与否往往决定的酒店的生死存亡。本文在文献研究和二手资料研究的基础上,运用定性分析的方法,对个人访谈进行实证分析,明确了影响酒店业员工忠诚度的相关因素,分析了提升员工忠诚度的方法和措施。研究发现,酒店的员工逐渐年轻化,传统的人力资源管理方式已经不能有效地提升员工的忠诚度。所以,本研究试图寻找可行性高、且效果明显的方法和措施。从而有效的提升员工忠诚 度,减少员工流失,做好酒店的人力资源管理,保障酒店的经济利益。en_US
