| Abstract: | 根据近十年来高职高专旅游管理专业办学的经验和教训，针对中国旅游管理对专业人才需求和岗位核心能力的要求，分析了目前旅游管理专业实践教学模式存在的问题，指出了实践教学模式的改革与创新的思路。构建新的实践课程三大教学体系即完整的旅游管理实训体系、保真的校内生产性实训基地、校外顶岗实习。这些措施对于培养高质量的旅游管理人才具有重要的意义。本研究采用调查问卷的研究方法，向旅游酒店业中高层管理人员以及旅游院校教师发放调查问卷采集数据。三百名旅游教育者及旅游酒店业中高层管理人员参与了调查，并从三方面回答了调查问卷：旅游院校对学生实践能力素质的教育程度、能力素质在岗位上的重要性以及旅游专业学生工作能力的表现。本篇分析研究了人际关系能力，管理能力，一般工作技能，沟通能力，服务技能以及销售能力六个方面的能力。研究发现，高职旅游院校对学生管理能力的培养教育与旅游业需求存在较大差距，其次是销售能力和人际关系能力。同时研究还发现，旅游院校生在旅游业是否具有职业竞争优势与其销售能力有关。本研究发现对旅游教育者可以起指导作用，对高职类旅游院校如何适 应旅游业发展需要，改革人才培养方案和实践教学体系，从原来的注重培养知识型人才向培养知识与实践相结合的能力型人才过度，缩小与旅游业需求的差距，为提高高职类旅游院校生的职业竞争性具有一定的参考价值。 |
