| dcterms.abstract | 本研究運用質性研究方法，通過對昆明 Y醫院精神科的 11名青少年抑鬱症患者的深入訪談，發現了分析抑鬱青少年的親子關係內涵的三個維度：情感維度、權力維度和人際溝通維度。指出了抑鬱青少年的親子關係發展變化的特徵：（1）權力維度的變化最大，孩子年齡越大，與父母的權力鬥爭越激烈，親子衝突越多；（2）情感維度的變化最小，基本上一直處於低溫暖、情感冷漠狀態；（3）人際關係的維度上，溝通始終較少。到了青春期，抑鬱青少年的親子關係總體呈現出 "權" 大於 "情"，衝突多，孩子感受不到父母的愛，缺乏溝通的特點，催生了抑鬱青少年 "父母不親、父母不愛我" 的主觀感受。本文從抑鬱青少年的視角，從青少年個體成長、青少年的人際關係和社會轉型等多個維度，剖析了影響青少年親子關係形成的各種內外部因素，初步闡述了抑鬱青少年的親子關係 "冷漠化" 的嬗變過程。本文認為，青少年抑鬱症的形成是抑鬱青少年個體發展中的人格缺點、不良人際關係（親子、師生和同伴關係）以及社會轉型過程遭遇的各種壓力綜合作用的結果，並提出了青少年抑鬱症的產生過程中的 "多重失去" 的核心概念。認為青少年抑鬱症的本質是個體成長過程中愛的失去；人際交往過程中自我的失去；社會變遷過程中生命意義和價值的失去；生理上活力的失去等 "多重失去"。本研究還發現，抑鬱青少年的親子關係與抑鬱症之間存在雙向作用。一方面不良親子關係是導致抑鬱症形成的因素之一；另外一方面抑鬱症的產生也促使親子關係朝著積極的方面轉變。最後，本研究依據抑鬱青少年親子關係與抑鬱症形成的研究成果，提出了從社會工作角度預防青少年抑鬱症和促進抑鬱青少年康復的對策和建議。 | en_US |
