dcterms.abstract | The construction process is a period which has the characteristic of one-off, long-time, huge-investment and unique. The potential events which may great influence the construction process and may bring the impacts about the time delays, cost overruns, poor quality and safety problem are defined as the risks. To avoid, prevent or reduce the affect of risks, effective risk management is significant to construction projects. The quality risk management is a researchable topic, as the result of the quality is one of the most important elements to a project, not only because it relates to the investment and reputation of construction participators but also connects with the human life safety. This dissertation researched the quality risk management in different stages of construction process, identified the typical quality risks and efficient risk response approaches through the methodology of questionnaire survey. In addition, this research discussed the significant extent between prevention response action and remedial response action. | en_US |
