| dcterms.abstract | 21世纪中国财富阶层在经历由富到贵的过程，精英阶层正在尝试贵族化的生活方式体验。对于多数财富拥有者来说，还没有足够的精力和知识，在短时间内完成关于优雅的所有细节修炼。管家服务作为体现个性化、定制化、高品位服务的榜样，代表了一种追求极致的服务精神。在满足了客人需求的同时，通过高品质的服务体验营造了全新的贵族化生活方式。私人管家将生活变成了一种艺术，对于21世纪新贵们而言，私人管家更多地象征着品昧和地位，势必成为旅游服务行业竞争发展的主流趋势。目前，私人管家服务进入中国社会的众多领域，对其未来的发展褒贬不一。业界的研究多停留于管家服务的品质管理，极少考虑职业的发展规律。本研究旨在通过对私人管家在中国旅游行业的现状分析，了解其在各行业中的实际运用，对私人管家在行业发展的方向进行探究。重点对旅游业中的私人管家业态做了对比分析，在发展规律、管家分类、服务模式、服务模型方面提出了自己的观点。针对私人管家职业在未来所面临的挑战等实际问题，提出具有参考性的建议。 | en_US |
