| Abstract: | 培养出适合酒店业发展需求的人才，是业界对于国内高校旅游酒店教育的需求所在，也是国内高校旅游酒店教育办学质量与教学成果的根本体现。本文通过深入访谈、问卷调查以及焦点小组访谈三种方式，通过业界视角，对高校酒店教育与行业需求进行了重要度与表现度的分析。通过参加过实习后的学生了解学生需求。发现人才供求间的现实差距，分析形成差距的原因，并且提出对高校酒店教育的建议，旨在通过本研究的建议，能为高校酒店教育人才培养进行有成效的探索。 |
