dcterms.abstract | The development of e-commerce has been increasing rapidly since 1993 and created a lot of benefits in China. For instance, the C2C (customer to customer), occupied the main e-commerce market, has brought a lot of convenience for consumers. In addition, the development of C2C greatly enhanced the economic growth in China. In this study, I focus on several essential elements such as the price of products and customers' feedback which deeply influence the online trust, by analyzing the case of Taobao.
