dcterms.abstract本文在国内外关于女性董事对激励机制和公司绩效研究的基础上,以中国上市公司做实证分析,主要研究三个方面的问题:第一,女性董事对公司绩效的直接影响效应;第二,以激励机制为中介变量的“女性董事对公司绩效的间接影响效应";第三,基于女性董事与激励机制“互补性"与“冲突性"视角的“女性董事对激励机制价值的调节效应"。并且在本文中运用创新方法来解释问题:第一,揭示了女性董事对公司绩效产生的影响的内在传导过程,从而有利于深入理解女性董事的价值属性,第二,探索了女性董事与激励模式的“冲突性"与“匹配性",构建了女性董事对激励机制与公司绩效关系的调节效应模型,从而更加有利于回答“如何引入女性董事"这一问题;第三,构建了公司治理优化的系统观,为公司治理理论的进一步发展提供了一定的研究思路与逻辑基础。en_US
