Abstract: 目前已有很多文献从宏观的角度出发,对CSR与企业绩效的关系进行了研究。从企业家个人这一微观角度出发,研究企业家与CSR两者之间的关系的文献并不多。本文从企业家出发,经过实证研究发现,企业家CSR信念对CSR有正面的影响,而CSR对企业的财务绩效有正面的影响。另外,上述两个过程均受到企业家社会关系的调节。在前一个过程中,这种调节作用从总体上讲是负向的;在后一个过程中,这种调节作用从总体上讲是正向的。最后,本文把企业家不同的社会关系、CSR不同的社会责任联系起来进行了配对研究,发现企业家不同的社会关系在不同的阶段,对CSR不同的社会责任具有不同的调节作用。总之,本研究把企业家、企业、社会三个方面联系在了一起,对于我们理解企业CSR的前因后果、以及企业家社会关系的作用具有积极的帮助。
