| Abstract: | 本文通过理论和实证分析，对中国创业板（ChiNext）中的有创业投资机构参与的上市公司IPO质量进行评价，发现创投参与对上市公司的IPO抑价率和市盈率有显著影响，且创投持股比例、投资周期和资本性质等与公司IPO质量关联较为显著。进一步地，为揭示创投参与后对公司更好实现IPO的贡献机制，开展问卷调查并采用结构方程模型，分析了创投机构对ChiNext上市公司的内部管理、创新能力、关系资源和系统优化等因素的影响路径。最后结合研究结果，对中国创业板和创业投资的发展提出了若干建议。 |
