| dcterms.abstract | 本研究聚焦当今中国企业管理的热点问题创新，通过对116家公司进行问卷调查，研究了外部网络对创新绩效的影响，并在Pavlou El Sawy（2011）提出的动态能力模型基础上，研究动态能力是否对外部网络与创新绩效之间的关系产生调节作用。研究结果表明：企业外部网络不同维度对创新绩效不同维度的影响存在差异。网络规模对产品创新、过程创新和组织创新有显著正向影响；网络中心性对产品创新、过程创新有显著正向影响；网络质量对组织创新有正向影响。动态能力四维度在企业外部网络对创新绩效影响中的作用存在差异。感知能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用，在网络规模影响组织创新中有正向调节作用，在网络质量影响组织创新中有负向调节作用；学习能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用；整合能力在网络规模影响组织创新中有正向调节作用；协调能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用，在网络质量影响组织创新中有负向调节作用。本研究的理论贡献在于对Pavlou El Sawy（2011）的动态能力模型在中国进行验证，考察了这一研究模型在中国的适用性。同时研究了动态能力在外部网络和创新绩效之间关系的作用，填补了研究空白。本研究的实践意义在于为中国企业如何提升动态能力，有效促进外部网络和创新绩效的正向互动，以及政府帮助企业提升创新绩效提供了重要参考依据。 | en_US |
