| Abstract: | 大学衍生企业(USO)对知识转移和产业发展有重要的影响。本研究以资源基础理论作为依据，以1970年代末军2010年代来自美国101所大学处于生命科学、物理科学以及信息科学领域的380家衍生企业为研究样本，通过回归分析证明了以科学研究能力和技术创新能力为特征的科技创始人的科技禀赋与大学衍生企业经营成败有显著关系。在此基础上，进一步深入分析了科技创始人的科技禀赋与其工作年龄的关系，验证了工作年龄对技术创新能力的交互效应。最后，发现了企业所在的行业并不会影响科技创始人的科技禀赋与大学衍生企业成功之间的关系，检验了"行行出状元"的现象。本研究的结果是对资源基础理论的进一步验证和补充，对大学衍生企业的相关政策制定、技资筛选策略等方面具有重要参考价值，对提高大学研究成果的转化，促进产业发展具有积极的参考意义。 |
