dcterms.abstract | Sports Complex Centre is one of the important carrier of university education. The facility management and the user's satisfaction of post-occupancy on sports centre are quite important for facility management office. With the increase of funds and costs of education career, the university sports complex centre will present a wider development. But because of lack of a sound and systematic mechanism, at present university sports complex centre planning, design, construction, using and management has not yet formed a set of scientific and reliable theory system and operation method. At this stage, therefore, looking for a kind of systematic and scientific research method is imperative to promote the development of university sports complex centre. In this study, a comprehensive project evaluation and post-occupancy evaluation can effectively inspect the users' satisfaction in sports complex centre and provide facility management office the basis information and suggestion for future improvement, also provide theoretical reference for the other sports complex centre. Through literature collection, on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey method, this study aims to use the comparative evaluation analysis on the Shaw Sports Complex Centre in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and try to investigate and evaluate the user's satisfaction after the completion of the use of the sports complex centre, and provide the whole evaluation and analysis process as the reference for the similar sports complex centre. Suggestions were proposed in this study from the user's needs, which are the representative of a user's expectations and requirements. While its ultimate form is qualitative, but it is realistic, direct and appropriate for the facility manager to manage property and facilities, and has a certain reference value. | en_US |
