dcterms.abstractConstruction industry has remained one of the most dangerous industries in the world. And construction safety is an issue that every construction professional will put effort in. This paper mainly focuses in the construction safety in Hong Kong. A review and comparison of statutory requirements and contractors' internal guidelines have been conducted. Furthermore, the researcher has carried out several interviews, to investigate on the main reasons for causing construction accidents. Lastly, suggested measures from the professionals have been written in the discussion part.en_US
