| Abstract: | 在企业内外部经营环境急剧变化的背景下，本论文聚焦研究企业动态能力、企业社会资本、冗余资源与企业创新绩效四个因素的关系。本论文认为企业动态能力对企业创新绩效有正向作用，而这一作用将受到企业社会资本与冗余资源的调节影响。本论文综合探讨动态能力、企业社会资本、冗余资源和企业创新绩效四者之间的内在关系和作用机理，进一步拓宽企业创新影响的研究视角。本文将定性研究与定量研究相结合。定性研究重点在于文献梳理和文献整合，从归纳和分析入手，对动态能力、企业社会资本、冗余资源和创新绩效的关系进行理论分析，构建四者之间关系的理论模型。定量研究主要选取不同行业 100 余家的企业高管团队，采用问卷调查方法，从不同类型的企业中收集数据，使用 SPSS19.0,AMOS20.0 两种统计分析软件分析数据,包括描述统计分析、相关性分析、信度及效度检验、因子分析、多元回归分析等，以此对定性研究中提出的理论模型进行检验。本文将研究动态能力的四个维度（即感知能力、学习能力、整合能力、协调能力）与企业创新绩效的关系；并从认知维度、结构维度、关系维度三个维度，分析企业社会资本对动态能力与创新绩效的关系的调节作用；从物质资源冗余、人力资源冗余和财务资源冗余角度，分析冗余资源对动态能力与创新绩效的调节关系。本文从产品创新、过程创新、组织创新三个维度对创新绩效进行测量。本文的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。在当前外部环境不确定性愈来愈大的情况下，企业创新能力在很大程度上决定了企业的竞争优势与财务绩效。在理论层面，将动态能力、企业社会资本、冗余资源三者和创新绩效放在一起共同研究将有助于理论界进一步厘清动态能力、企业社会资本、冗余资源三者和创新绩效的相互关系和作用机理，加深对企业创新影响因素的认识。在实践层面，将助力面临移动互联技术冲击的中国企业，在不确定性加剧的动态变化环境中，提升动态能力，打造强大的创新能力，强化持续的竞争优势；在政府宏观管理层面，为政府出台政策引导企业提升创新绩效提供有效的参考依据。 |
