| Abstract: | 家庭是社會性別社會化的一個重要場所，很多的研究表明，家庭工作者的性別觀對其工作的物件有很大的影響。本研究以全國婦聯開展的“五好文明家庭"活動研究物件，以社會性別為分析視角，探尋女性家庭工作者的性別觀對其從事家庭服務的影響。其目的有三個：第一，瞭解女性工作者個人的性別觀；第二，瞭解五好家庭活動中展現的性別觀；第三，瞭解女性工作者的性別觀與其開展的五好家庭活動之間的關係，第四，為促進家庭工作中的性別平等和社會工作教育中兩性平等教育提供一些參考訊息。 本研究主要採用質性研究中的深入訪談法，輔以實物分析、文獻資料分析等方法，以從事五好家庭工作的婦聯幹部為主要研究參與者，以與家庭工作直接相關的接待來信來訪工作的權益部幹部為輔助研究參與者，在10個完整的個案訪談的基礎上，加上對所評選出的四十五戶五好家庭進行實物分析，得出結論：一、女性工作者的性別觀呈現現代與傳統的交織，但仍以傳統觀念為主；二、五好家庭活動強化了傳統的性別角色定型和分工模式；三、女性工作者的性別觀對五好家庭活動有直接的影響；四、從五好家庭活動中受益的人群是國家和男人而不是婦女；五、印證了婦女利益要服從國家利益的中國婦女運動特徵。 基於上述結論，本研究建議：一、將社會性別意識的培訓納入到婦聯崗位培訓的必修課中；二、修改五好家庭評選條件，使之更具有社會性別敏感度；三、在社會工作專業中加入性別的課程；四、倡導養老政策中加入性別敏感的視角，不能單純將家庭養老的責任轉嫁給婦女；五、提出開展五好家庭活動應該堅持的原則。 由於本研究採用質性研究的方法，因此不是追求一個普遍性的結論，只有一個地方性的意義，如果對其他地方的工作有借鑒意義則是本研究的意外收穫。因研究的時間很短，因此有很多的不足和遺漏，希望後來的研究加以跟進，也希望讀者提出寶貴的意見。 |
