| dcterms.abstract | 本研究探讨CEO的创业导向(CEO Entrepreneurial Orientation, CEO EO)对探索型创新(Exploration Innovation)和开发型创新(Exploitative Innovation)的影响，尤其是当企业处于环境不确定性高时，公司资源与CEO个人能力如何改变创新的活动。我选择中国华南地区的的电子成品制造商，通过问卷调查的方式收集到126家拥有产品研发单位的企业的数据，并对其中10家企业的CEO和高层管理人员进行实地访谈。我更具体地探讨CEO创业导向中的风险承担性维度、先动性维度、创新性维度对探索型创新和开发型创新的关系。除了原本预期CEO创业导向对探索型创新与开发型创新都有显着相关性的数据验证结果；我还发现数据验证了公司资源对CEO创业导向与开发型创新的关系有增强的调节作用。对于创业导向的三个维度而言，我发现CEO创业导向的创新维度对探索型创新/开发型创新有正向影响。CEO创业导向的先动性维度对探索型创新/开发型创新有正向影响。公司资源对CEO创业导向的先动性维度与探索型创新/开发型创新的关系有增强的调节作用，解释了当公司资源逐渐增加时，拥有较高先动性的CEO会进行更多的探索型创新/开发型创新。CEO创业导向的风险承担维度对探索型创新有正向影响。环境不确定性对CEO创业导向的风险承担维度与探索型创新/开发型创新的关系有增强的调节作用，解释了当企所处的环境不确定性因素增加时，拥有较高风险承担性的CEO会进行更多的探索型创新/开发型创新。公司资源对CEO风险承担维度与开发型创新的关系有增强的调节作用，说明公司资源较丰富的公司，CEO对于开发型创新有较高的风险承担性。问卷调研的数据结果中令我们感到意外的是CEO能力对于企业家创业导向的三个维度与探索型创新/开发型创新都没有调节的作用，但在变量的相关性分析中CEO能力与探索型创新/开发型创新是有相关性；资源基础理论的观点认为企业拥有独特的资源是其竞争力的来源，CEO的特殊能力是企业的独特资源，尤其是CEO长期在行业内所积累的知识与专业技能，因此我们认为CEO的能力对于企业在创新中占据非常重要的引导地位。经过我们实地访谈10家的CEO后确实发现，CEO的能力对于企业在创新中占据非常重要的引导地位，尤其是CEO在行业的经历与技术的专业背景。具有技术背景的CEO更能够引导企业进行有效的创新活动。创业导向与企业绩效关系已有许多理论和实证研究，创新与企业的绩效的关系亦常被探讨，但针对CEO的创业导向、以及CEO创业导向的各个维度如何影响探索型创新和开发型创新，这个影响企业进行创新的前因并没有多少学者进行探讨。本研究在理论意义上扩展了创业导向在CEO个体层面上的认识，并且在实践意义上为CEO了解自身行为与组织资源对探索型创新和开发型创新的影响提供了政策建议。 | en_US |
