| Abstract: | 诊疗印证行为是患者在与医生互动过程中，围绕伤病、诊断、治疗或保健等主题，主动向医生验证来自其它渠道的相关信息的行为。诊疗印证行为的特点是：主动性、技术性和多途径。它的产生和发起源于患者希望通过增加自己对病情的控制感和掌控性，从而打破旧有不对等权力关系的状态，最终实现更为对等的权利关系的愿望。本研究以权力依赖理论为基础提出了诊疗印证行为的概念，以社会交换理论为基础展开实证研究，充分融合这两个理论在医患关系中的应用，拓展信息不对称条件下医患关系的内涵，提出医患关系的现状与存在的问题，通过对医患交换调节与平衡机制的研究，进一步探讨基于诊疗印证行为的医患沟通、互动、参与和决策的理论模型，着力探讨患者诊疗印证行为和患者治疗参与之间的具体关系并厘清二者之间的作用机制。 |
