| dcterms.abstract | 本文通过收集新三板5421 家挂牌企业和创业板412 家上市企业的数据，以企业注册地址是否在科技园内为判定标准，测算企业的研发弹性来比较科技园内外的创新能力。我们发现对于新三板全部样本企业、信息技术和文化创意、制造业企业，园内企业的研发弹性均显著高于园外；对于创业板上市企业，园内企业的研发弹性不显著高于园外。以企业规模、固定资产投入、毛利润、研发投入为入园门槛，发现园内企业存在自选性偏差，在控制了该偏差后，结果仍然一致。实证数据表明，科技园区能够促进科技初创企业的创新能力，但对成熟企业创新能力的促进作用不明显。 | en_US |
