Abstract: 全球化經濟引領了市場的多元化,大量外來商品的湧入爲消費者提供了衆多的選擇。然而,與此同時存在的過量信息迫使消費者在不完全信息的情況下進行購買決策。因此,消費者會借助通過外在綫索(例如價格)和內在綫索(例如顔色)的收集和加工所形成的感知風險/感知收益決定自己對産品的信任,並進一步影響最終的購買意願。在本研究關注的保健品行業中,由於保健品介於藥物與食品之間,以提升人體特定生理機能進而保持個人身體健康爲目的,其功效難以做出合理評價,消費者此時往往更爲依賴于保健品的外在綫索,例如原産國,對商品進行感知並評估。而基於不同文化背景下,尤其是在集體主義/個體主義,不確定性規避,長期取向/短期取向等三方面文化價值存在差異的消費者,對保健品的感知風險/感知收益,信任和消費行爲上同樣存在明顯差異。通過對178位來自於中國消費者以及168位來自於澳大利亞消費者的跨文化比較,我們發現對於兩國消費者而言,感知風險與購買意願負相關,感知收益與購買意願正相關,而信任在其中發揮中介作用。在原產國方面,評價高的原產國會削弱感知收益對於信任的影響;在消費者個人價值觀方面,個體主義和短期導向都會正向調節感知風險對於信任的影響,而不確定性規避則會削弱感知風險與信任之間的關係。在理論上,本研究探究了信任對消費者購買意願的影響,深化了保健品市場的原產國研究以及消費者個人價值觀差異對於購買決策的影響。同時,本研究有助於幫助商家瞭解消費者的決策模式,同時指導保健食品生産商制定有針對性的市場策略。
