| dcterms.abstract | 随着中国社会经济的不断发展，工业遗产作为一种新的遗产形式也开始逐渐出现。在工业起步较晚、旅游发展方兴未艾的中国，对于工业遗产旅游的实践与理论探讨也愈发受到重视。工业遗产旅游作为一种特殊的、新兴的旅游形式，仍然有较多的问题值得关注。虽然国内工业遗产旅游发展迅速，但是和数量众多的工业遗产来说，成熟的工业遗产旅游项目仍旧偏少。工业遗产旅游的开发潜力巨大，从实践角度出发，工业遗产旅游的发展受到哪些因素的影响，非常值得研究和探讨。在这样的实践理论背景下，本研究重点关注工业遗产旅游的需求，具体探讨了以下两个研究问题：（1）中国的工业遗产旅游的需求内涵是什么？（2）哪些因素影响了中国的工业遗产旅游需求？为了回答以上两个问题，本文首先通过焦点小组访谈的方法，获得了二阶六个维度的工业遗产旅游需求构成要素和结构——两个一阶维度为基本需求和发展需求，基本需求包含生理、安全和社交三个二阶子维度，发展需求包含尊重、求知和审美三个二阶子维度。同时，本文基于推拉理论和旅游消费者特性理论，同样采用焦点小组访谈的研究方法获得了中国工业遗产旅游需求影响因素的基本构成，将影响因素分为了四个方面，分別是推动-宏观因素、推动-微观因素、拉动-宏观因素、拉动-微观因素。在此基础之上，本研究开发了中国工业遗产旅游需求与影响因素的量表，并通过定量的研究方法，收集数据并检验了影响因素和工业遗产旅游需求之间的关系。此次研究探讨了工业遗产旅游需求的基本内涵和构成要素，同时在一定程度上揭示了工业遗产旅游需求的影响因素和影响机制。本研究还首次尝试将推拉理论应用到工业遗产旅游的潜在需求研究中。本研究的结果为政府、工业遗产旅游开发商和其他相关旅游从业者提供了有力的建议，有助于他们在更好地保护工业遗产的同时也更好地发展工业遗产旅游。 | en_US |
