| Abstract: | 开放式创新提出至今已经得到广泛的认同，对开放式创新的研究已经相当繁荣，近几年基于实证的开放式创新绩效影响机制研究逐渐增多，从早期关注大企业到后来把中小企业纳入研究，这些研究揭示了很多规律性认识，也还有很多研究不充分或者未涉及的空白之地。尤其是在开放式创新对创新绩效的影响关系研究方面，缺乏组织能力对开放式创新的影响关系研究。虚拟现实产业（简称VR产业）自2014以来进入一个爆发式发展阶段，2016年被称为VR元年，VR产业现为国家战略新兴产业。VR产业涉及从芯片、显示、传感器、中间件、应用软件、游戏、互联网平台等众多领域，是一个技术高度密集与综合的产业。在当前高速发展阶段，新技术、新产品、新企业不断涌现，跨越企业边界的开放式创新活跃。但是针对VR行业的开放式创新实证研究还是空白，开放式创新理论指导也不足。本文在中国VR产业情境下开展开放式创新的研究，提出一个开放式创新绩效模型，重点研究开放式创新与市场竞争能力、客户及渠道绑定能力和技术监控能力相结合对创新绩效的影响，以及信息分享的调节作用。通过该模型开展开放式创新理论分析研究，并以中国VR产业企业为样本进行实证研究。因此，本文理论研究对现有开放式创新战略做出一些有益的补充，实证检验的结论对VR产业具有实践指导意义。 |
