Abstract: 2022年全国高考报名人数已超过 1100万人,高考志愿填报成为考生和家长的头等大事。尽管旅游产业已经成为国民经济战略性支柱产业,旅游管理学科也升到一级学科,然而酒店及旅游管理专业(HTM)每年仍面临招生难、学生专业认同低、行业就业率低等困境。人才供需矛盾已成为阻碍旅游业发展的重要矛盾之一。因此在新的高考制度改革的框架下,研究学生选择 HTM 专业的影响因素,探究其专业选择意愿、专业认同及行业就业意向具有重要的理论和实践意义。
本研究使用定量方法为主、定性方法为辅的混合研究设计,选择北京高校 HTM 专业学生作为研究对象,在定性研究阶段,通过半结构化访谈完善了显性影响因素量表;在定量研究阶段,针对回收的 1141 份有效问卷进行了显性影响因素和家庭资本的探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,通过结构方程模型论证了显性影响因素和家庭资本对专业选择意愿的相关性,以及家庭资本、专业选择意愿、专业认同和对口就业意向之间的相关关系。
本研究建构了专业选择意愿概念和专业选择影响因素模型,扩展了社会资本理论、文化资本理论、认同理论和计划行为理论在 HTM 专业选择中的应用,从专业选择意愿、专业认同和家庭资本视角阐述了 HTM 学生行业就业率低的原因,补充了现有研究的不足。本研究对学生提高专业选择决策的科学性、提高高校招生宣传效果和人才培养效果、提高学生行业就业率有一定的参考意义。
