| dcterms.abstract | 中国人均GDP迈入中等收入国家行列，经济增长速度调整至中高增长。根据钱纳里工业化阶段理论，中国的产业结构将发生深度调整，中国政府大力推进供给侧结构性改革，实现经济发展从要素驱动到创新驱动，企业经营环境因此发生重大改变。国际贸易壁垒的增加与传统产能饱和导致竞争加剧、新技术新模式带来环境不确定、人口红利下降以及环境保护的要求提升带来企业成本上升，这些都加大企业经营管理的挑战。战略转型与创新必不可少。尤其是中小企业，数最众多资源匮乏，又通常处于产业链的相对被动位置，转型压力更是倍增。 | en_US |
