Abstract: | Following by the increasing popularity of technologies on web and computer, the scale of education expands continuously. E-Learning, as a new learning model, gazes from both the Chinese Mainland and the international with its flexibility and convenience. This research aims at evaluating E-Learning's impacts on acquiring course content and course completion time. In order to work on the research, students specialized on computing in Xi'an high schools have been sampled in a survey to obtain the updated information on E-Learning. The interviewees were divided by e-learner and non e-learner and compared to find out E-Learning's influence on their undergraduate studies. The research result shows that E-Learning makes distinct impacts on acquiring course content, completion time of study and increasing learning efficiency. On the other hand, analysis on E-Learning's characteristics, new learning model, new technologies and its problems have been conducted though survey on undergraduates using web and their understanding on E-Learning and its usage. |
