Abstract: | This is a report of a case study analysis of a U.S. buying office (Company X) in Hong Kong. A questionnaire was sent to the employees of Company X and based on the "Reengineering Readiness" criteria of McBer & Company, 1994. Company X was reviewed to determine how far it is away from being ready to embark on the Reengineering journey. The conclusion from the survey was that Company X was not ready for reengineering. Base on the deficiencies found in the survey, some proposed strategies and recommendations were given to Company X for its consideration before it start its Reengineering journey. |
