Abstract: 随着经济的高速发展,中国已经成为世界旅游大国,中国的酒店及旅游业的人力资源管理越来越受到重视。但是,目前,由于种种因素,中国出现了 "用工荒",中国酒店及旅游业中员工的招聘难和保留难也成为业界的难题。乌镇旅游股份有限公司是集旅游景区和酒店一体的综合性旅游企业,在业务高速发展 的过程中,员工招聘和保留难也成为一个重要制约企业发展的问题,需要在人力资源管理中有创新的思维、理念和模型。 本文运用理论联系实际的方法,在人力资源管理理论的基础上,结合适用 于人力资源管理的营销学理论,提出人力资源营销的理念,并尝试建立乌镇人力资源营销模型,运用访谈法和二手数据分析法,对乌镇人力资源营销模型进行研究,通过研究发现,乌镇人力资源营销模型有一定的可行性;员工满意度与员工服务质量、顾客满意度、公司营收有一定的正向关系。对于在酒店及旅 游业中创新人力资源管理,建立应用人力资源营销理论,以通过人力资源营销 来提高员工满意度为出发点,从而提高员工服务质量、顾客满意度,最终提高营收和利润有一定的实践指导意义。本文研究以乌镇旅游股份有限公司为例, 且员工满意度和顾客满意度、营收和利润没有必然的因果关系,有一定的局限性,未来可以在更大范围内以此为研究方向。
